PT Kalimantan Prima Services Indonesia (KPSI) is a multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East Kalimantan. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions and requirements:

1.    BUYER (BY)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Buying System, delivery, Logistic, Inventory and store for Refinery equipment Project with strong computer, negotiation & communication skill and having good relation with Suppliers.

Requirements:

Age Max. 35 years old,
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experienced as Buyer for spare part, material etc.
Having knowledge of Master List and Local Contents.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Competent in managing data/statistic.
Experience in SAP system.
Responsible for contract administration.
Based in Balikpapan.

2.   EXPEDITER (ET)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Logistic System, delivery, transportation, Inventory and store for Refinery Equipment with strong computer, negotiation & communication skill and having good relation with Logistic Company.

Requirements:

Age Max. 35 years old,
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Having knowledge of Master List and Local Contents.
Experience in expediting materials.
Expert in SAP system.
Based in Balikpapan

3.   PROCUREMENT SUPERINTENDENT (PR-SUPT)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Procurement System and Activities such as Purchasing, Logistic, Inventory and store for Heavy Equipment, Truck Vehicle (TR), Chip Mill Etc. and employees development with strong computer, leadership, negotiation, communication and organization skills.

Requirements:

Age max. 45 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Electrical/ /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experienced as Procurement Superintendent.
Competent in managing data/statistic.
Enjoy working with numbering & detail.
Expert in SAP system.
Based in Balikpapan.

4.   STOREMAN (ST)

The ideal candidate will be familiar in administration logistic, understand of spare part for Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle with strong computer and analysis data/statistic.

Requirements:

Male, Min. D-III degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experienced Min. 2 years as Storeman in Warehouse, Logistic and Procurement Operation.
Enjoy working with numbering & detail
Understand of SAP system.

5.   ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER (EO)

The successful candidate will be expert to handle, monitor, audit and report of Environmental Management System at Forest Industries, with strong computer, communication, organization skills and government relation.

Requirements:

Age max. 35 years old.

·         Graduated S1 degree Majoring Forestry/Agronomy/Environment

·         Minimum 2 years experience as Environmental Officer at Project, HTI, Forestry Industries or manufacturing.

·         Willing to work in Site Forestry,

6.   SOCIAL SECURITY & LICENSE MANAGER (SSL-MGR)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in demonstrate the ability of communicate effectively, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters also Good Government Relations with excellent computer, leadership and organization skills.

Requirements:

Age max. 45 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Law/Social Science/Management/Communication or Agriculture from reputable University.
Good Government & Social Relations
Min. 5 years in a similar position.
Work location at Kenagan, Balikpapan & Site Forestry.

7.   FINANCE OFFICER (FA-OFC)

The successful candidate will be familiar to handle both issue petty cash, cash advances, bank upload & booking, operation budget, finance report monthly and yearly, check and control account payable and account receivable with strong computer.

Requirements:

·         Male, age maximum 35 years old.

·         Min. Diploma in Accounting.

·         Min. 2 years experienced as Finance Officer in Plantation Company or Manufacturing Industry.

8.   TAX OFFICER (TX-OFC)

The successful candidate will be familiar to handle all tax administration such as calculation and payment of all taxes also prepare annual income tax and  PPh 21

Requirements:

·         Min. Diploma degree in Accounting or Tax with Min. GPA.2,75.

·         Min. 1 year experience in the same positions.

·         Good skills in Accounting, Tax, Reporting, computer and SAP software.

·         Good knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations.

Good interpersonal skill, honest, discipline, Initiative, team-work, self-motivated and dynamic.

9.  HARVESTING ASSISTANT (HVS-ASST)

The ideal candidates will an experienced in plan, implement control harvesting process, Heavy Equipment & Truck operation in Forest Plantation Industry with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.

Requirements:

·         Male/Female, Age max. 35 years old.

·         Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Technic Machine or related.

·         Min. of 2 years experience in similar position.

10.   PLANNING ASSISTANT (PN-ASST)

The ideal candidate will be understanding in Forest Planning (Plantation/HTI) activities, rules of licensing and land matters with strong computer and organizational skills.

Requirements:

Age, maximum 35 years old.
Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry.
Familiar to operate Arc GIS.
Min. 1 year experience in a similar position.

11.  PLANTATION ASSISTANT (PLT-ASST)

The ideal candidates will an experienced in plantation in Forest Plantation Industry with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.

Requirements:

·         Male/Female, Age max. 35 years old.

·         Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Environment or related.

·         Min. of 2 years experience in similar position.

12.  CIVIL/INFRASTRUCTURE ASSISTANT/SUPERINTENDENT (CIS

      ASST/SUPT)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Civil/Infrastructure (Road, Bridge, Building) Project Construction & Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.

Requirement:

·         Male, age max. 35 years old.

·         Min. D3 Technical Civil/Mechanical

·         Min. 3 years experience in a similar position.

13. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT–HE & TR (MHETR-SUPT)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle (TR) Maintenance and employees development with strong computer, leadership and organization skills. The position involves monitoring HE & TR maintenance programs with special emphasis on critical machinery ie, main engine, auxiliary engines, hydraulics etc: reviewing fuel oil and lub oil analysis reports and recommending action plan to the HE & TR; monitoring critical spare part inventory on each Units.

Requirement:

·         Male, age max. 45 years old.

·         Minimum Diploma degree in Technic Machine.

·         Min. of 4 years experience as HE & TR Mechanic Superintendent.

14. MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR– HE & TR (MHETR-SPV)

The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Heavy Equipment & Truck Vehicle (TR) Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills. The position involves monitoring HE & TR maintenance programs with special emphasis on critical machinery ie, main engine, auxiliary engines, hydraulics etc: reviewing fuel oil and lub oil analysis reports and recommending action plan to the HE & TR; monitoring critical spare part inventory on each Units.

Requirement:

·         Male, age max. 40 years old.

·         Min. Diploma degree in Technic Machine.

·         Min. of 3 years experience as HE & TR Mechanic Supervisor.

15. HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR (HE-OPT) 25 PERSONS

The ideal candidate will be in charge of operating Bulldozer or Excavator or Compactor with strong Safety awareness.

Requirement:

·         Male, age max. 45 years old.

·         Minimum SLTP.

·         Minimum of 3 years experience as HE Operator.

·         Having SIM BII.  

16. LOGGING TRUCK OPERATOR (LT-OPT) 10 PERSONS

The ideal candidate will be in charge of operating Logging Truck (Volvo) with strong Safety awareness.

Requirement:

·         Male, age max. 45 years old.

·         Minimum SLTP.

·         Minimum of 3 years experience as Logging Truck Operator.

·         Having SIM BII.  

17. SENIOR SECRETARY (SSC)

The ideal candidate should have experiences as Senior Secretary of General Manager with strong computer and organization skills.

Requirements:

¨       Female, age max. 30 years old.

¨       Minimum Diploma degree in Secretarial Academy or related.

¨       Minimum 2 years experience as Senior Secretary at Multinational Company.

¨       Familiar in SAP system is preferred.

General Requirements:

¨       High motivation, discipline, team work, dynamic with good personality

¨       Willing to work in Balikpapan, Site Forestry Kutai Barat/Timur, PPU or Malinau, East Kalimantan or Central Kalimantan.
